    Seafood Omelet: Grilled baby shrimp, scallops, Peppers, onions & mushrooms,
    served with home fries.

    Garden Omelet: Assorted vegetable, onions & peppers, served with home fries.

    Steak & Eggs: Romanian steak, served with three jumbo eggs and home fries.

    Monte Cristo: French toast topped with ham, turkey & melted Swiss cheese

    Eggs Benedict: Two poached eggs, grilled Canadian Bacon on a toasted English Muffin, topped with Hollandaise Sauce, served with home fries.

    Banana Foster stuffed French Toast: Served with sauteed cinnamon apple &
    maple syrup.

    Chicken Piccata: Sauteed chicken breast with a lemon sauce, mushrooms and capers, served with a vegetable rice pilaf.

    Stuffed Filet: Broiled filet filled with julienne veggies, served with yellow rice.

    Pasta Special: Medallions of salmon and veggies in a basil pesto sauce, tossed in penne pasta,
    topped with grated cheese.

    Mediterranean Shrimp: Broiled baby shrimp, served over a Greek Salad.

    Vegetarian Pasta: Penne tossed with garlic, olive oil, roasted eggplant, pine nuts, kalamata olive, sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, peppers and parmesan cheese.

    Maryland Style Crab Cake Salad: Two crab cakes, served over a Caesar Salad with plum tomatoes.

All above are served with coffee and choice of bloody mary,
mimosa (served after 12:00 on Sunday) or fruit juice, Dinner rolls & corn bread husks
